Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
  • Proven track record of reimagining enterprise processes and delivering measurable transformation through technology
  • Proficient in developing and testing AI agent solutions on a practical level and strategic scale
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence executives and align diverse teams
  • Experience integrating AI/GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, ERP, monitoring tools)
  • Ability to balance visionary strategy with practical execution
  • Python proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI agents that revolutionize IT, employee, and business workflows
  • Invent and prototype new projects using the latest agentic AI architectures, frameworks, and tools, validate ideas with teams, and scale successful solutions into enterprise deployments
  • Collaborate with customers to find opportunities, clarify challenges, and establish key performance indicators and success metrics that connect AI agents to quantifiable business results
  • Lead discovery and envisioning sessions with business and IT leaders to shape future-state processes powered by AI
  • Build hands-on proofs-of-concept to guide engineering teams toward scalable enterprise implementations
  • Architect integrations of AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, HR, finance, supply chain) for end-to-end automation
  • Establish frameworks for evaluation, observability, and security guardrails to ensure trust, compliance, and safe enterprise adoption
  • Mentor and inspire teams, driving adoption of AI agent best practices while shaping enterprise-wide roadmaps
