- Deep expertise in ETRM systems (Endur etc.) and energy trading lifecycle
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project deliveries
- Experience in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets (preferred)
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on Energy/power markets (preferred)
