Deep understanding of the crypto/web3 landscape
Passion for data and analytics
Strong experience driving user acquisition across web and app across different regions globally
Experience with performance marketing and paid media
Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

Build, prioritize, and maintain a strategic testing roadmap across new and novel paid channels
Analyze performance, distill insights, and determine whether to scale, iterate, or cut channels
Evaluate high-potential channels (e.g., web3 DSPs, endemic web3 publishers, emerging social platforms, gaming, beta opportunities and new ad products)
Partner with in-house creative team to develop and test new formats for emerging channels
Drive continuous campaign improvement through rigorous KPI analysis, testing and optimization
Work with analytics, product, and BI teams to set up tracking, measurement, and post-test analysis
Align with brand, lifecycle, and product marketing to connect learnings across the funnel
Turn test learnings into repeatable frameworks, best practices, and internal documentation
Present insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders
