Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical subject area
14+ years’ experience
Extensive experience in Snowflake and AWS
Extensive experience in AWS cloud infrastructure
Extensive experience in Jenkins core DevOps pipeline
Experience in Python and automation
Experience in Power BI or OBIEE (plus)
Extensive experience in working in a data warehouse environment
Extensive experience in SQL and Performance Tuning with high volume data
Strong knowledge in designing and solutioning large scale ETL projects
Functional/domain experience of workplace investment plans such as 401k retirement plans, HSA etc. (preferred)
Graduate / Post Graduate
4+ years Tech Lead experience

Responsibilities

Play a key role in building a Power BI and Snowflake-based reporting application
Build reports in Power BI with Snowflake as the source of data
Develop custom capabilities on AWS
Work closely with the Enterprise Data Lake (EDL) team for data acquisition for reports
Work with the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) team to migrate OAS-based reports to Power BI
Work with technical partners and assist developers and testers as needed
Collaborate with members of various business and IT groups throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver business value by coordinating with Architects, Analysts, and Product owners in a team of developers and analysts
Accountable for consistent delivery of functional software – sprint to sprint, release to release
Ensure perfection in software development practices and procedures
Participate in application-level architecture and drive the solution
Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts
Ensure QA readiness of software work (end-to-end tests, unit tests, automation)
Support implementation of initiatives
Work on sophisticated assignments and often multiple phases of a project
Assist in developing departmental technical policies and procedures
