Responsibilities

  • Drive Analytics Strategy: Lead the development of data-driven strategies for top games, influencing product roadmaps, features, and monetization
  • Player & Product Insights: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance
  • Experimentation & Modeling: Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to assess and forecast outcomes
  • Leadership & Communication: Mentor analysts and present insights clearly to senior leadership through compelling storytelling and dashboards
  • Data Culture & Infrastructure: Collaborate on improving data tools and pipelines while promoting data literacy and experimentation best practices
