Requirements
- 7+ years of technical expertise in data visualisation
- Deep expertise in Power BI and Tableau
- Understanding of how visualisation fits within broader data architecture and solution landscapes
- Forward-thinking vision of visualisation and insight generation trends beyond traditional dashboards
- Experience working hands-on and client-facing

Responsibilities
- Lead, care for, and develop visualisation consultants across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations
- Define and evolve the visualisation practice capability, identifying commercial opportunities and driving skill/material building
- Shape the team's technical roadmap to stay at the forefront of visualisation innovation
- Act as a senior voice within the consultancy, influencing visualisation integration with broader service offerings
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide reporting solutions for diverse stakeholder needs
- Lead visualisation adoption initiatives, guiding senior leaders through transformation to insight-driven approaches
- Drive the evolution of insight delivery, introducing predictive analytics and next-generation patterns
- Hands-on development of advanced dashboards with complex calculations, data modelling, and performance optimisation
- Partner with data architects, engineers, and analytics teams on semantic layers, aggregation strategies, and integration patterns
- Lead pre-sales technical discovery and contribute to proposals for visualisation engagements
- Work directly with the Director of Data Enablement to define and drive visualisation practice direction
- Be part of the design authority for visualisation, setting standards for visual design principles, dashboard architecture, and best practices
- Lead discovery workshops and demonstrations
- Define end-to-end reporting strategies for clients, ensuring integration with broader data solutions and designing comprehensive reporting suites
