Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities, for a Chief of Staff and leadership team
- Independently work back from a target outcome to define logical review cycles across a complex, international business environment
- Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, administrative assistants, and delivery leads, to influence outcomes
- Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects
