Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a data management role within a data management organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Apply project management frameworks across the entire project lifecycle, and possess a solid grasp of process management concepts and agile methodologies
  • Technology fluent (or conversational) with a comfort level working in a technology world
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Process management
  • 4+ years of experience in Project management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in a data management role within a data management organization

Responsibilities

  • Leverage subject matter expertise to develop, maintain, and streamline process documentation, driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Proactively engage with internal customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and drive process improvements that are aligned with broader organizational goals
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement solutions, proactively identifying gaps and offering options where appropriate
  • Track, problem-solve, and resolve process breakdowns
  • Navigate between day-to-day work and transformative project work in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a process subject matter expert to internal and external teams
  • Support Early Warning Services data contributions, control execution, processes and stakeholder relationships
  • Help monitor Early Warning Services file shares and support trouble-shooting, where needed
  • Lead smaller process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives
