Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of professional experience in strategy, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields (retail/e-commerce experience strongly preferred)
  • Expert in SQL (Snowflake & dbt experience preferred) with proven ability to build and analyze complex datasets
  • Hands-on experience with modern BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for analytics (e.g., Python, R) preferred
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience influencing strategy and driving measurable outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present to executives
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering results

Responsibilities

  • Lead deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, assortment, pricing, promotions, and operations to drive growth and profitability
  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to executives and senior leaders across the business, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain advanced BI reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making at scale
  • Apply expertise in SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Snowflake and other data sources
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and scalability for strategic use cases
  • Mentor analysts and stakeholders in data best practices, elevating the overall analytical maturity of the organization
  • Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
