Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor: Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of analytics engineers and solutions engineers. Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ownership
  • Set Technical Vision: Define the architectural roadmap for the data infrastructure that powers data monetization products, including Audiences and Measurement Data
  • Activate Ad Tech Use Cases: Design and optimize data architectures that enable activation and measurement across major advertising technology platforms, leveraging Fetch’s first-party purchase data for precision targeting and attribution
  • Drive Execution: Oversee the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable data pipelines using DBT, Airflow, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Build foundational systems for data monetization, including Audiences, Measurement, and FAST products
  • Transform raw data into productized, outcome-driven assets for brands and platforms
