Requirements

Work at intermediate level to analyze potential solutions and create recommendations based on expected benefits, costs, and overall value to key stakeholders
Interpret, contribute to or lead business case creation with all departments
Produce updates and best practice on complex MS documents, databases on departmental systems
Resolve complex queries from internal and external customers and suppliers by providing information on policies and procedures
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching
Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant external technology regulation and industry best practices
Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised
Used to working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Execute planning activities for the primary network whilst within a team of planners who cover 7 days per week of activity
Achieve specific goals in your area of responsibility by working with internal and external customers
Analyze and use data to improve service to our customers
