This role involves preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate will build strong patient rapport, represent K Health and its clinical partners, and provide world-class remote care. You will be backed by K Health's Clinical AI Platform, with virtual clinics supported by dedicated Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff to minimize administrative burdens.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand Acute Care and scheduled Primary Care.
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans.
• Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs.
• Co-manage patients with external partners within the healthcare delivery model.
• Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate.
• Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes.
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines and policies.
• Perform against challenging goals with a best-in-class team to deliver Quality Care-Efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
• Display dedication to position responsibilities to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
• Represent K Health and its partners in a professional manner and appearance at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-residency work experience.
• State licenses in WI, MN, IA, IMLC preferred.
• Board-Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician.
• Primary care experience and behavioral health experience.
• Ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions.
