Candidates must be an M.D. or D.O. graduate, board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with an active state license, active DEA license, and US work authorization.
Strong candidates have fellowship training in Geriatrics, experience with geriatric populations, value-based healthcare models, collaborative settings, and outpatient primary care; new graduates are encouraged, and Spanish proficiency is required.
