The typical pay range for this role is $174,070.00 - $374,920.00, representing the base annual full-time salary. The actual base salary will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

This is a full-time position (40 anticipated weekly hours) at a single medical center in local clinics as part of an innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Remote work is not mentioned.

Required qualifications include a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible), active non-probationary unrestricted State License, active DEA license, and US work authorization.

Physicians work at a single medical center supported by large care teams, collaborating with regional and central leadership, Practice Managers, and center care teams to deliver value-based care focused on quality outcomes for Medicare patients.

Strong candidates have the required MD/DO, board certification (or eligible), licenses, and US work authorization, plus preferred experience in geriatrics, value-based care models, collaborative settings, outpatient primary care, and bilingual skills. New graduates are encouraged, and highly qualified may be considered for Center Medical Director.
