Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, along with 6-8 years of experience in Pricing & Sales Analytics. They must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop a thorough understanding of lead-to-order processes, including CPQ systems. A sound understanding of pricing and sales analytics trends is also required, as well as experience in developing and influencing business plans and strategies.
The Pricing Analyst will lead and develop company pricing strategy with SBU leadership to meet yearly gross profit objectives, develop pricing processes and measure models, partner with business unit leaders and cross-functional teams, promote innovative pricing solutions, authorize pricing records, evaluate pricing strategies, research market-based pricing, train on pricing strategies, and participate in companywide Pricing Best Practices team. They will also review, manage, and maintain pricing data, and perform other duties as assigned.
