Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in presales, customer success, or a customer-facing sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and solution design skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of RFP responses and technical proposals for prospects

  • Partner with Account Executives to design customized solutions that address client needs
  • Manage daily solution consulting requests through HubSpot CRM, prioritizing based on deadlines and customer value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, engineering, security, and marketing teams
  • Support sales meetings, workshops, and occasional travel within Saudi Arabia and internationally
