Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the company's portfolio (hardware, software, services, as-a-service offerings) and third-party components
  • Language skills in English and Spanish to cover a vast territory (Latam)
  • Ability to architect solutions achieving customer business outcomes within specific technical domains or across the broader portfolio
  • Expertise in Private Cloud AI, including end-to-end lifecycle AI software platforms, scalable pretested AI-optimized infrastructure, Open Source and NVIDIA AI models/tools
  • Experience applying subject matter expertise to solve common and complex technical problems, recommending alternatives
  • Ability to act as project lead and provide assistance to lower-level professionals
  • Independent judgment to determine best methods for work and objectives
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (average 2 days per week from HPE office)

Responsibilities

  • Protect and expand customer base by teaming with sales leaders and account managers
  • Develop and articulate compelling, accurate, relevant proposals ensuring customer business and technical requirements are met
  • Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers via sales presentations, product/solution demonstrations to gain mindshare
  • Identify key risks, detail key value points for the account team
  • Provide input on end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs
  • Translate functional design into scalable technical design and architecture
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and leverage with customer’s technical environment
  • Show customers how to migrate/integrate technologies in new or existing environments
  • Design and deliver solutions aligned to customer business requirements, leveraging industry and customer technical knowledge
