Requirements

  • Currently studying or have completed studies ideally in Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Supply Chain, Procurement/Purchasing, or similar fields
  • Basic knowledge in project management and initial experience in procurement are advantageous
  • Proficient MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, MS Project, Visio)
  • Strong communication skills as a team player with independent, solution-oriented, and careful working style
  • Very good German and good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the team mainly in project management for procurement projects, purchasing planning, and process analyses
  • Take on sub-tasks together with the project manager during the implementation of the "Future State Procurement" project (restructuring purchasing processes at the Selzach site to state-of-the-art)
  • Organize project meetings, summarize them, and derive subsequent todos
  • Perform analysis activities in the area of indirect purchasing and purchasing planning to gain additional insights for the team
