Responsibilities

Supporting the development and execution of Zoom’s EMEA communications strategy, focusing on corporate and product PR in key markets
Managing and collaborating with the agency network, cultivating strong relationships with media and industry influencers
Leading reputation-building initiatives by aligning with brand and business objectives through speaking opportunities, awards programs, and thought leadership activities
Creating and delivering impactful local PR campaigns that address regional priorities and resonate with diverse audiences
Partnering with HQ and regional teams, including marketing, government relations, and sales, to build integrated PR plans, highlight customer success stories, and leverage industry trends
Acting as a trusted communications advisor to EMEA-based spokespeople and senior executives
Handling inbound media requests, supporting events, and assessing speaking engagement opportunities
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on media coverage and campaign performance
