Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate’s degree in engineering, science, operations, or business, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence leadership. Furthermore, candidates should have excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation abilities, and possess broad knowledge of multi-functional processes and financial business methods, alongside high ethical standards and creative problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

The PPI Business System Specialist II will lead functional teams to streamline processes, improving customer experience, enabling growth, and improving colleague retention. They will develop a culture of continuous improvement to improve vital metrics associated with customer, finance, people, and quality, supporting the development of problem-solving capabilities at all organizational levels. This role involves training and mentoring teams to ensure sustained system improvements, collaborating with the site PPI steering committee to accelerate culture change, and providing ongoing support to rapid responder teams. The Specialist will also lead and mentor by example through completing Kaizen and RCCM activities, identifying new projects through value stream mapping, data analysis, and daily management systems, and collaborating with the PPI Network to develop, promote, standardize, and share standard methodologies.
