Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including Power BI Desktop, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI Service
Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying databases
Experience with BigQuery (preferred)
Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and dimensional modelling (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions
Collaborate with various business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into Business Intelligence solutions
Create and maintain dynamic, visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI
Work closely with the business to understand requirements and workshop solutions
Develop and optimize robust data models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of reporting solutions
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements for data analysis and visualisation
Connect to, integrate, and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, BigQuery) using Power Query
Use Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) to build advanced calculations, measures, and calculated columns for in-depth data analysis
Ensure high performance of reports and dashboards by optimizing queries and data models
Implement data security best practices, including row-level security, to ensure data privacy and compliance
