Responsibilities
- Evaluate both internal and external requests (e.g. ROI analysis)
- Manage project requests (e.g. Rebranding, Token swap, Mainnet integration, Airdrop, etc.) from external partners (i.e. Listed tokens)
- Manage operation requests (e.g. Legal Agreement, Risk Control System, Bot Enhancement, etc.)
- Perform project management on implementation for successful requests (e.g. stakeholders management, run through different stages of SOP)
- Optimize structure/process to better manage and execute requests
- Build up risk control systems and participate in ad-hoc events
- Drive new initiatives and be able to deliver quality results on time
- Support risk management and operations optimization projects
- Support post-mortem and relevant analytics as necessary
