Responsibilities

  • Provide financing options that help customers acquire Stryker products, supporting better access to healthcare solutions
  • Collaborate with internal functional groups, Stryker sales teams, external lending partners, and third-party billing agent (Great America)
  • Host monthly meetings with lenders and Great America
  • Manage and resolve escalated portfolio issues
  • Handle high email volume efficiently and professionally
  • Investigate payment transactions and misapplied payments
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Audit and book financing agreements for billing and collection by Great America, including review of financing documents, pricing and booking files, data accuracy, with troubleshooting as needed
  • Partner with sales teams, lending partners, and customers to resolve delinquencies and past-due agreements
  • Resolve conflicts and address escalated customer or partner issues
  • Maintain and manage a healthy portfolio of agreements, including escalations, delinquency resolution, auditing, and booking agreements
  • Monitor portfolio performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Clearly communicate portfolio health and trends to management
  • Understanding of the full lease lifecycle
