Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment (preferred but not required)
Attention to detail
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to read blueprints
Basic math and measurement skills

Responsibilities

Use hand tools and power tools including Dremel tools, polishing wheels, buffing wheels, Cratex polishing and Dotco guns to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, and rough edges from manufactured parts
Polish parts to correct defects, prepare surfaces for further finishing, and achieve a specified finish level
Refer any issues regarding Deburr and Manual Operations areas to senior leads or supervisors
