Requirements

Ability to collaborate with the business to define PLM needs and translate them into solutions
Experience or knowledge in PLM processes and tools, particularly NX and Model-Based Definition (MBD)
Capability to act as a process analyst and project leader within the PLM Processes and Tools team
Understanding of Wisk program strategies to capture business needs and translate into PLM requirements
Ability to validate PLM solutions
Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects
Availability for hybrid work: 3 days per week onsite in Montreal office

Responsibilities

Act as a process analyst and project leader in the PLM Processes and Tools team to define, deploy, and support end-to-end PLM solutions, focusing on NX and Model-Based Definition (MBD)
Drive the development and adoption of MBD methodologies, including detailed modeling standards, model organization practices, documentation, and assembly modeling best practices
Define and implement processes for weight and balance, material management, and other engineering data domains to ensure full digital continuity
Collaborate with engineers to train, coach, and support the adoption of Wisk's NX design standards, MBD best practices, and PLM methodologies
Drive the deployment and adoption of solutions with management, ensuring alignment between engineering, certification, manufacturing, and program teams
Manage and resolve complex PLM issues by collaborating with Siemens and other external partners, escalating them and providing support as needed
