Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with the business to define PLM needs and translate them into solutions
  • Experience or knowledge in PLM processes and tools, particularly NX and Model-Based Definition (MBD)
  • Capability to act as a process analyst and project leader within the PLM Processes and Tools team
  • Understanding of Wisk program strategies to capture business needs and translate into PLM requirements
  • Ability to validate PLM solutions
  • Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects
  • Availability for hybrid work: 3 days per week onsite in Montreal office

Responsibilities

  • Act as a process analyst and project leader in the PLM Processes and Tools team to define, deploy, and support end-to-end PLM solutions, focusing on NX and Model-Based Definition (MBD)
  • Drive the development and adoption of MBD methodologies, including detailed modeling standards, model organization practices, documentation, and assembly modeling best practices
  • Define and implement processes for weight and balance, material management, and other engineering data domains to ensure full digital continuity
  • Collaborate with engineers to train, coach, and support the adoption of Wisk's NX design standards, MBD best practices, and PLM methodologies
  • Drive the deployment and adoption of solutions with management, ensuring alignment between engineering, certification, manufacturing, and program teams
  • Manage and resolve complex PLM issues by collaborating with Siemens and other external partners, escalating them and providing support as needed
