Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • Product management or software engineering experience in highly technical domains (e.g., platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or developer experience)
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in Agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate on platform engineering product teams from strategy to delivery of scalable, developer-friendly services
  • Define and evangelize platform vision aligned with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and engineering needs
  • Monitor platform performance and roadmap execution across data, APIs, AI, CI/CD, observability, and developer experience
  • Review stakeholder feedback, technical priorities, and business outcomes to guide platform investments
  • Investigate engineering challenges and validate platform capabilities through Agile development cycles
  • Interface with developers, data scientists, engineering leads, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders on platform adoption, usability, and KPIs such as time-to-market and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate product introductions, onboarding, and internal enablement efforts
  • Review platform governance models, compliance requirements, and documentation to ensure consistency and security across business units
  • Identify opportunities to enhance developer experience and enable advanced analytics and AI capabilities
  • Identify new business and technology opportunities through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights
  • Build strong relationships across engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams to drive alignment and innovation
  • Own product strategy and execution for key initiatives, balancing client needs, business objectives, and innovation opportunities
  • Lead the development of the internal platform engineering ecosystem
  • Champion a platform-as-a-product mindset, driving roadmaps, adoption, and usability across engineering teams while aligning with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and business goals
