Track & enter hourly employee vacation hours
Track hourly employees absenteeism
Track and submit weekly time sheets for agency employees, submit invoices for approval and track hours on spreadsheet
Filing of confidential employee information for hourly employees, maintaining the employee files
New hiring orientation administration
First level HR inquiries
Report on a daily basis hours to Plant Manager, drawn from Workday
Track and report on Health & Safety metrics
HSE duties; including administering WSIB program and case management, TTX/Enablon administration
Train payroll back-up
Track production & maintenance KPI & metrics
Administration of employee uniform, reimbursement, expense programs
Vacation coverage and back up to Production /Planning Admin (work order entry, etc)
Assist plant manager with reporting metrics, inbound/outbound correspondence /internal communications, coordination of plant events and activities as required
Back up production coordinator as required
Enter/issue PO’s as directed by buyer; track and report purchasing information
