Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities and general clerical duties for Planning
  • Maintain the resort e911 list, property manager and presidents list
  • Schedule weekly department meetings and track attendance
  • Maintain vendor contact information
  • Process Planning Department POs and invoices
  • Collect, distribute, and process the Administration Building’s mail
  • Plan and coordinate meetings of varying sizes and events in partnership with others or alone
  • Support development and maintenance of the Planning Department’s annual and project budgets
  • Field inquiries from abutting and/or neighboring property owners
  • Conduct deed research and interpretation
  • Work periodically in operational departments (typically outdoors during busy winter holiday and weekend periods)
  • Perform administrative tasks for Utilities as requested, including setting up files, binders, folders, and archiving
  • Annually set up new operations and compliance files and archive previous year’s files for Utilities
  • Assist with construction project administrative tasks for Utilities
  • Assist with preparing for, setting up, and attending Community Open House Weekend (Utilities display/information table)
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks for a wide variety of projects, operations, and compliance related tasks supporting Mountain Water Company, Mountain Wastewater, Lincoln Peak Wastewater, Club Sugarbush water and wastewater systems, and smaller resort water systems
