Requirements

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Good understanding of piping design codes (ASME, API, DNV)
Robust mechanical design background
Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility
Good oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
Proactive and results oriented
(Desired) Valve engineering knowledge

Responsibilities

Structural verification of manifold piping and tubing
Create necessary structural design reports and drawings
Be part of a design team within manifold system projects
Work with other Engineers and management to develop design concepts
Contribute to team effort to meet project milestones and needs
Consider safety, quality, cost and manufacturability in designs
Establishing technical requirements basing on customer functional specifications and project needs in compliance with international codes and standards
Leading and contribute on design development activities such as CAD modelling and documents creation ensuring alignment with requirements and schedule
Working cross functionally with other engineers and departments to align interfaces, design, activities, and deliverables
Presenting analyses / design outcomes in design reviews when needed
Providing engineering support to program management
Supporting the sourcing team through procurement, manufacturing and test of designed products
