Responsibilities

Perform patient assessment and diagnosis based on clinical findings for patients with chronic or acute renal disease in each phase of their health status, present to the nephrologist for care plan and prescription development under the specialist's direct guidance and supervision, and register in the organization's defined computer system
Know and apply current procedures, protocols, and management guidelines in RTS for medical care under the nephrologist's supervision
Offer care strategies to patients to improve their clinical condition and adaptation to their environment with renal pathology in an integral manner under the nephrologist's supervision
Ensure the veracity, timeliness, reliability, and protection of health care data generated in the IPS of the national network and organizational reports in the defined information systems according to professional profile
Participate interactively with the multidisciplinary team for the integral management of patients with chronic and acute renal disease in the IPS
Participate with the nephrologist in minor procedures in the procedure room and perform corresponding clinical records according to current regulations
Ensure basic and advanced care for patients requiring cerebro-cardiopulmonary resuscitation within the IPS
Comply with current regulations on health, environment, and safety; participate and contribute actively to company-implemented programs
