Physical Therapist Lead - Home Health at Mission Healthcare

Candidates need an active Physical Therapist license in the practicing state, a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred (home health experience preferred), current CPR certification, and reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
