The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate's degree in Science or Applied Science approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, Inc., currently certified or licensed as required by state law, possess a CPR certification, and have a valid driver's license along with access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, assist in implementing rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and function, conduct patient assessments and accurately document progress, and educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques. They will also provide compassionate care to patients in their homes within Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding areas.
