Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and must be currently licensed in the State.
The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy examination and evaluation to determine prognosis, deliver intervention, and update the plan of care, while also consulting with medical and ancillary professionals to ensure optimum patient care and effective operations. They will maintain and complete evaluations, patient records, and documentation according to guidelines, effectively utilize support staff, and communicate with patients and families regarding education and treatment plans.
