Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Orchard stakeholders including but not limited to Solutions Managers, Physical Sales, International Inventory & Supply Chain Management and Relationship teams to ensure all stock delivery requirements and deadlines are met
  • Support to wider Physical Solutions team, including Manufacturing & D2C Managers, as required
  • Act as the day to day contact for our warehousing and logistics partner, DP World
  • Coordinate new release quantity projections and stock delivery for International clients without dedicated UK Relationship teams
  • Monitor catalogue stock levels in the UK supply chain, advising and organising restocks and destruction of overstocks
  • Organise and monitor International shipments, working with carriers to resolve any logistical issues or customs delays
  • Advise and remind internal and external stakeholders on physical supply chain best practices
