Requirements

  • Previous experience of management or technical leadership within SW development teams
  • Strong background in digital signal processing or physical layer of cellular technologies (4G technology strong advantage)
  • Experience in wireless communication systems
  • Good working knowledge of C and/or C++
  • Experience of RT Software Development in Linux environment on multi-processor platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, team worker, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize work
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Fluency in English
  • BSc. in Communication engineering, Computer/SW engineering, Signal processing or other Engineering relevant discipline (MSc. in any of the above – advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer Software in our 4G products
  • Take an active role in the full development life cycle of PHY features, from initial design through to integration in an end-to-end system
  • Hands-on involvement in architecture, implementation, validation, testing and integration
