- Required scheduling availability: Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday 9:00am-10:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Complete rigorous company training program
- Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
- Embrace growth mindset, be receptive to feedback, and actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
- Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores
Responsibilities
- Follow all company SOPs at each workstation to support Pharmacists in managing and improving patient health
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
- Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems at pick-up, drive-thru, register, and over the phone
- Complete basic inventory activities (putting away deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership
- Contribute to safe, effective pharmacy operations, high-performing team, safe/inclusive culture, and engaging team dynamic through genuine care, effective communication, and best practices
