Candidates must complete a rigorous company training program, satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Effective communication skills are also required.
Pharmacy Technicians will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assisting with pharmacy operations including following workflow procedures, contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and care, and keeping patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services. They will operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of SOPs and demonstrate genuine care while contributing to a safe and inclusive culture.
