Requirements

Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program
Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Demonstrate core values of Accountability, Caring, Collaboration, Innovation, and Integrity
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards, including full compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
Ensure ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
May require full vaccination against COVID-19 (including booster shots if required), based on role and location

Responsibilities

Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients
Advise patients on their prescriptions and help manage their chronic and specialty conditions
Demonstrate compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers in a fast-paced environment
Build clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise through available tools and training
