Candidates must have completed a Pharmacy Technician training program, fulfilled all registration, licensing, and certification requirements as per State Board of Pharmacy guidelines, demonstrate the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and commit to providing caring service and exceeding patient expectations.
The Pharmacy Technician will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assist with prescription fulfillment (production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) following pharmacy workflow procedures, ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely, contribute to positive patient experiences by demonstrating empathy and genuine care, offer immunizations and other services at the retail location, adhere to all company SOPs at each workstation, and maintain a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered.
