Candidates must complete the company training program upon entering the role and obtain state board of pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification according to state guidelines, consistently adhering to standard operating procedures and best practices for pharmacy operations, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
Pharmacy Technicians will support pharmacy teams by assisting in delivering operational and service excellence, ensuring prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately following pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation, providing empathy and genuine care to patients during pick-up, drive-thru, and phone interactions, offering immunizations and other services, contributing to a safe and effective pharmacy environment, and following all company SOPs to help pharmacists manage and improve patient health while demonstrating genuine care and contributing to a safe and inclusive culture.
