Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence as the first point of contact for patients and customers
  • Assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
  • Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (e.g., production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
  • Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations and services, and solving or escalating patient problems
  • Complete basic inventory activities as permitted by law and directed by pharmacy leadership (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories)
  • Contribute to a high-performing, safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic
