Candidates must complete a company training program, satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, and possess effective communication skills.
Pharmacy Technicians will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assist with pharmacy operations including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off, ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, contribute to positive patient experiences by demonstrating empathy and genuine care, offer immunizations and other services at the retail location, follow pharmacy workflow procedures, and maintain a safe and inclusive culture.
