Availability for specific scheduling: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (Sunday and Saturday n/a)
Completion of rigorous company training program
Satisfaction of all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Flexibility for scheduling and business needs, including voluntary travel to other stores as needed
Understanding and compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Responsibilities

Support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence
Act as the first point of contact to assist patients and customers for an exceptional experience
Assist in ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health
Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy, genuine care, creating personalized moments, offering immunizations/services, and solving/escalating patient problems
Complete basic inventory activities (e.g., putting away medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law and directed by leadership
Contribute to a high-performing team with a growth mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and seeking opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge
Demonstrate genuine care in all interactions and contribute to a safe, inclusive culture where all feel valued and empowered
