Requirements

Candidates must have completed a Pharmacy Technician training program, satisfied all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State Board of Pharmacy guidelines, adhered to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, demonstrated the ability to follow pharmacy workflow procedures, and possessed the ability to provide empathy and genuine care to patients.

Responsibilities

Pharmacy Technicians will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence, assist with prescription fulfillment including production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off, ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, contribute to positive patient experiences through empathy and personalized service, offer immunizations and other services at the retail location, operate as part of the pharmacy team consistently applying SOPs and communicating effectively, and maintain a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered.
