Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products/services
- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process purchases, and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures for providing pharmacy products/services, including processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking/securing supplies, entering prescription information, filing prescriptions, and completing/maintaining documentation
- Ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the pharmacy area, following company procedures, utilizing equipment, merchandising, and completing required paperwork/logs
- Ability to complete work assignments/priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, partners; identify priorities/deadlines; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change/feedback
- Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards, implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy
Responsibilities
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues/concerns, and promoting company products/services
- Operate cash registers/related equipment, process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, exchanges using procedures for different membership/payment types
- Provide pharmacy products/services to members per company policies/procedures: assist with processing prescription/OTC orders/purchases, stock/secure pharmacy supplies/merchandise, enter prescription information/file prescriptions, complete/maintain paperwork/forms/documentation
- Receive/stock merchandise in pharmacy area, organize/maintain pharmacy area following company procedures, utilize equipment appropriately, merchandise, complete paperwork/logs/documentation
- Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, identify priorities/deadlines/expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress/info, recommend improvements, adapt/learn from change/difficulties/feedback
