Requirements
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Ability to operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types
- Ability to assist with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases
- Ability to enter prescription information, file prescriptions, and complete/maintain required documentation
- Ability to receive, stock, and organize merchandise in the Pharmacy area following company procedures
- Ability to use equipment appropriately, merchandise, and complete paperwork logs
- Ability to collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners

Responsibilities
- Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services
- Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide Pharmacy products and services to Members in accordance with Company policies and procedures by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies and merchandise, entering prescription information or filing prescriptions, and completing and maintaining paperwork forms and other required documentation
- Receive and stock merchandise in the Pharmacy area, organize and maintain the Pharmacy area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork logs and other required documentation
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities and deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy
- Embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, build team relationships, communicate positively, mentor others, and recognize contributions
