Requirements
Candidates should possess a current pharmacy technician certification or be enrolled in a pharmacy technician program, demonstrating a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations. Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Pre-Grad Intern will ensure confidentiality of information and documentation, assist customers with prescription and OTC orders, stock and secure pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information, complete paperwork, operate cash registers, receive and stock merchandise, maintain the pharmacy area, and maintain merchandise presentation while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines. They will also uphold leadership expectations by demonstrating respect for individuals, acting with integrity, and strengthening the team through collaboration and mentorship.
