Manage pharmacy team effectively
Oversee safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices

Proactively offer and deliver immunizations
Follow and coach on pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on cold chain products
Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists
Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations
Partner with Store Manager for talent pipeline and cross-training
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists (where applicable), manage performance, deliver reviews

Responsibilities

Help manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing
Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts, coach for performance measures
Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflows
Contribute to positive patient experiences: show empathy, collaborate with healthcare team, resolve issues
Identify, engage, and support Pharmacy Technicians to immunize
Follow and coach inventory best practices
Conduct new hire onboarding and ensure training/licensure completion
Maintain full compliance with regulations and escalate issues
Maintain talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
Manage performance of pharmacists through observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure
