Requirements

Act as a role model demonstrating genuine care and setting standards for the pharmacy team
Lead and develop a pharmacy team, including onboarding new hires and recognizing success
Exhibit best practices when working the bench, including patient counseling and compliance with legal/regulatory guidelines
Oversee pharmacy team during shifts with effective coaching and performance follow-up
Follow and direct adherence to pharmacy workflow procedures and safety guardrails
Demonstrate empathy, compassionate care, and collaboration with healthcare teams; resolve insurance/medication issues
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations; support technicians in immunization training
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for technicians and pharmacists on CVS workflow and licensure
Ensure full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed
Partner with Store Manager for talent pipeline of cross-trained colleagues
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and DPSs, manage performance via observation, feedback, reviews, and gap closure

Responsibilities
