Responsibilities

Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
Oversee pharmacy team during bench shifts, providing coaching and follow-up
Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails
Contribute to positive patient experiences by resolving insurance/medication issues and collaborating with healthcare teams
Proactively offer and deliver immunizations; support Pharmacy Technicians in learning to immunize
Manage pharmacy inventory, focusing on best practices and cold chain protection
Conduct onboarding and training for new Technicians and Pharmacists
Ensure full compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and escalate issues as needed
Partner with Store Manager to maintain cross-trained talent pipeline
Oversee Staff Pharmacists and District Support Pharmacists, manage performance via observations, feedback, reviews, and gap closure
